In view of Brexit, this is not a startling, albeit momentous decision. The section of the central division of the Court of First Instance that was intended to have its seat in London will now have to be moved elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>However, British companies and Patent Attorneys shall still be able to use the Unified Patent Court once it opens its doors.
